Mesclum, grapes and mozzarella salad

This is another wonderfull salad for beach combers….                                                                                    Arrange on the plate the mesclum salad, the grapes in halves and the mozzarella .  For the dressing : E.V.O., salt,pepper, lime juice and anchovies .Serve chilled .
