Sunday action at the waterfalls
Boracay is a small island and there are no rivers but the near by Panay island is a perfect location for any outdoor activity like mountain biking, trekking, kayaking and…waterfalls rappelling .

Mesclum, grapes and mozzarella salad
This is another wonderfull salad for beach combers…. Arrange on the plate the mesclum salad, the grapes in halves and the mozzarella . For the dressing : E.V.O., salt,pepper, lime juice and anchovies .Serve chilled .
