Mesclum, grapes and mozzarella salad

This is another wonderfull salad for beach combers….                                                                                   

Arrange on the plate the mesclum salad, the grapes in halves and the mozzarella .  For the dressing : E.V.O., salt,pepper, lime juice and anchovies .Serve chilled .

    Good looking? May be but this mozzarello looks terrific… And you definitely need to do a white balance before you shoot… ;-)

    Fiodizzucca I think Ivano is in Ancona I dont think is in holiday i just sent him an e mail but he didnt replay

    Carissime ci sono , vi chiedo scusa per non aver risposto alle vostre mail o commenti sul blog ma purtroppo sto passando un periodo molto brutto della mia vita , ho seri problemi di lavoro all’interno delle società di qui faccio parte , lavoro tutto il giorno e non ho piu tempo di cucinare e di postare sul blog !! alle piu “intime” se avete voglia scrivetemi nella mia mail : ivy2278@tin.it , vi spiegherò meglio la situazione , e poi ho bisogno di comforto :(( a presto (spero)
