Fiordizucca gave me the inspiration to do a post using green tea as I’m like her addicted to it. I want to dedicate this recipe to my Dad

For the dought : use your recipe of pizza dought and just add the green tea powder to the warm water before mixing it with the flour.

For the stuffing : julienned smoked salmon, philippine mango, buffalo mozzarella and romaine lettuce leaves

Cook the roll in very hot oven (I used a wood fire oven ) and serve it after cutting it sushi style .

    Thanks Fiordizucca I even found in Manila in a strange grocery called ANONIMOUS some peanut coated with green tea crust .Of course i bought a lot of them wich i already finished .. next time i go to Manila i see if i can still find them i’ll sent u some to try.
