<p>On the beach is good to have light meals for lunch as you want to be ready for water-sports and  activities in the ocean. Here is a light tropical soup wich combines the seafood taste with the mildness of miso and the sharpness of verdicchio wine. The wasabi gives an exciting pungent retro taste.</p>
<p>Boil the potatoes with white onions and laurel then allow to cool and reduce into a cream using a cutter. Place then the cream in a serving bowl after seasoning with white miso and verdicchio wine. Place the wasabi in the side of the dish and sprinkle with red caviar . Complete with some drops of good olive oil .</p>
